When your caregiver decides more information is needed to diagnose or treat you, a chain of events begins.
The chain starts with a sample from you: it may be blood, urine or other body fluids. These are analysed using high-speed machines that can assess hundreds of samples at once.

You are welcomed by a receptionist our conveniently-located patient centres suits you best. If required, we can even travel to your home.
Your blood is collected in the best possible conditions with the utmost care by a member of our experienced nurse teams.
No matter the weather, your sample is taken swiftly to the closest lab by a Unilabs courier.
Once it arrives at one of our many laboratories, your sample is processed by our experienced technicians and scientists.
This is when we provide the results that have asked us for.
When your results are ready, we will send you an email to get direct access.
