All done in 3 steps!

You can complete the whole process very easily online. The requirement for booking via ae.unilabs.online is the registration by filling in the mandatory data. Within your account, you can order products for yourself and your child. For privacy reasons, one account cannot order for multiple adults.

 

1 – Choose your test and make your appointment

In the ALL TESTS section, you will find the comprehensive packages we have put together for you from our range of tests. You simply choose the package that interests you. If the package has several variants, you can choose one of the options.

Once you have added your test to the cart, you can book your appointment by selecting date, time slot and collection site. The date and time slot you booked is binding after submitting the order! In case of serious obstacles, you can request one reschedule for your appointment, no later than 3 working days before the appointment, via the client center: infome@unilabs.com.

When you have completed your booking, payment follows. You can choose the payment method (credit card) and complete your order through our secure payment gateway. You will receive payment and order confirmation by email.

2 – Sample collection with Unilabs

You will be welcomed by our colleagues in the selected collection site on the date and time you booked. To be as close as possible to you we have 2 collection sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai where you can find them on OUR COLLECTION POINTS page. You can also choose Home Collection option in your cart to let us perform sample collection at your home comfort! In this case, our team will call you back to make an appointment at your availability. Home collection is a free service for your orders above 500 AED. Please remember to read instructions before collection on the product pages.

3 – Get your results

After the collection, we will send you a message about the availability of the results to your e-mail address. Depending on the test, you will receive your results within 24 hours or a few days at the latest.

You will find descriptions for each of the parameters listed in your results on the ae.unilabs.online website. Each description can be accessed via the test list or via search. The values flagged with +/- are outside the reference values and should be paid close attention to.
